Lucky Break I read Lucky Break from Pearson English Readers. "How's your leg? a friend asks him. "Can you walk on it?" "No, I can't. But it's OK," Tom says. He laughs. "It was a lucky break!" Tom likes football very much. But one day, he falls and breaks his leg. He is very sad... A week later, Tom goes to movie theater to meet his favorite movie star, Laurel Rowe. There are many fans there and they push Tom. Then, he falls and Laurel Rowe's foot hits Tom's crutch. She is very angry and hits Tom with Tom's crutch. Tom's crutch will help him not only his walking but also something. What is 'something'?.......

At the Beach Today l read ''At the Beach'',  Oxford Read and Discover , a level 1 book. It show us a lot of interesting things about beach, ocean, rocks, plants, animals and etc...  The most interesting things that I thought is that the prawns have 20 legs and it walk with 10 legs, and it swim with 10 legs. Prawn's each legs have important work.  The second interesting thing is that a pelican can get 11 litters of water in its bill. I have never seen a pelican in person. If I went to a zoo, I want to see whether it really can that.   

The Big Balloon Race   I read The Big Balloon Race, a level 3 book in the An I Can Read Book. The main character is a little girl, Ariel. One day a big balloon race was held. Ariel was looking forward to it. Her mother joined the race. Ariel wanted to go up in the balloon, but her mother said that Ariel is too young to fly. Ariel cheered up her mother. On the way of the race, she had some troubles. It was hard for her, but thanks to Ariel, she could won the race. Ariel was really brave. Finally her mother said that Ariel is old enough to fly. Ariel was great!!

Slam Dunk for Mark I read Slam Dunk for Mark, a level 3 book in the Foundations Reading library. Mark is a good basketball player at the school. Thanks to him, the team won the game and the team would join the finals. He has no mother and father. He lives with  only grandmother. She was sick, so he took care of her. But her condition doesn't become good, so he decided to take her to a hospital. It's the final game day. He told his team members that he couldn't play on the final game. They complained him. What is important thing is the theme in this book. I enjoyed this book.

Les Miserables France, 1815. Jean Valjean leaves pison after nineteen years. Varjean must begen a new life.        Today, I' ll write about the book  Les Miserables . It is very famous and popular stoy all over the world. A lot of people enjoying this story in the musicals, books and movies.       The main character of this story is Jean Valjean. He is French, poor people. One day, he stole a bread from bakery because he had to feed his family. However, he arrested and be put pison for 19 years for only a bread stealing. He became greedy in this period. However, meeting with a great bishop changed his life.

The Baobab tree The Baobab Tree USBORNE FIRST READING  There is a kind of tree known as the baobab tree that looks as if it's upside down. This topsy-turvy  tale retells one mith of how it came to look like that.  Baobab tree was a talking tree. It was made by some African gods, long long ago. The Baobab tree talked a lot. He was always complaining about every thing around him.  Then, the gods got angry and grabbed the baobab tree and turned it upside down. So he couldn't open his mouth to talk. When I read this story, I felt it is so cluel story. The baobab tree made himself upside down by god and he could never talk again.
